Frame Width is the measurement horizontally across the back of the frame.
Lens Width
Lens Width is the horizontal width of each lens at its widest point.
Lens Height
Lens Height is the vertical distance of the lens at its tallest point. If you want to order progressive, the lens height of the frame should be at least 30mm.
Bridge Width
Bridge Width is the shortest distance (in millimeters) between your two lenses.
Temple Length
Temple Length is the length of the temple to its temple tip, including the bend that sits on your ear.
Due to the different measurements methods, the measurements printed on the inside of the temple arm may vary from those showing on our website.

Blue light blocking glasses have been such a game changer. For me personally, it's reduced my migraine headaches after a day of staring at my monitors non-stop. This pair is so cute and stylish, and flattering for many face shapes. The only small minus is that the frame feels a bit flimsy but it comes with the screw driver to tighten it, if you need to.

These are my first pair of blue light glasses and also my first pair of gold rim glasses since I usually wear black, and I'm obsessed! I don't normally wear glasses unless outdoors, so i have to try and remember to grab these more often when I'm working on my phone or computer, but the benefit of blocking harmful blue light to protect my eyes from strain is such a plus. These are cute & stylish, I love the shape, and the quality is great. It comes with a microfiber pouch and cloth which is a nice addition to have. I definitely would recommend!

I love these. They're light weight. I could wear them to work & wear them out to meetings. I mostly use them for the computer because I work with them so the tint on them is just right. You can barely tell it's there which makes them wearable everywhere.
