Frame Width is the measurement horizontally across the back of the frame.
Lens Width
Lens Width is the horizontal width of each lens at its widest point.
Lens Height
Lens Height is the vertical distance of the lens at its tallest point. If you want to order progressive, the lens height of the frame should be at least 30mm.
Bridge Width
Bridge Width is the shortest distance (in millimeters) between your two lenses.
Temple Length
Temple Length is the length of the temple to its temple tip, including the bend that sits on your ear.

I got the gold and amber tint and am happy with them. They are not black out shades. I wear them more when it is kinda cloudy or just need to see more colors. They don't cause me any problems and are oversized like I prefer. They are also wide enough for my wide face.

These are lightweight and cute. They have definitely helped with my eye strain. I"m a teacher that has to have a lot of screen time, so these are a life saver! These glasses help the strain and headaches go away. Perfect gift for Christmas for teachers. They are super cute and easy to clean as well. It comes with a nice case and cloth to clean your glasses with.

The glasses are lightweight and very comfortable to wear. The trendy color of the clear/pink frame not only fit the fashion bill, but also function. As a teacher in preparation of distance learning, I have spent a huge amount of time on the computer to research and prepare lessons. I have noticed since wearing the glasses I am not suffering the headaches I would normally get from staring a screen for so long. This is the product I wish I would have purchased on March 16, 2020. The only thing I do not like about them (which I have found to be true about all blue light glasses I have worn is the distortion I have when getting up from my computer to walk around. I have to remove the glasses or I get nauseous.

OD stands for “oculus dexter,” or right eye.
OS stands for “oculus sinister,” or left eye.
if there is PL or DS in your prescription, it means the value should be 0.
The term PL (Plano) means there is no spherical correction in this eye.
DS stands for “diopter sphere”, which means there is no astigmatism correction for this eye.
