Frame Width is the measurement horizontally across the back of the frame.
Lens Width
Lens Width is the horizontal width of each lens at its widest point.
Lens Height
Lens Height is the vertical distance of the lens at its tallest point. If you want to order progressive, the lens height of the frame should be at least 30mm.
Bridge Width
Bridge Width is the shortest distance (in millimeters) between your two lenses.
Temple Length
Temple Length is the length of the temple to its temple tip, including the bend that sits on your ear.

These work! Please know that blue light blocking glasses don't block the visible color blue, so those online screen tests won't work (they are trying to sell you orange tinted glasses). These block uv blue light, which is believed to be behind headaches and eye strain from too much screen exposure. I have a uv lamp (to cure gel nail polish) that I used to test these and you can see they performed wonderfully! The first picture shows the glasses in normal light and then with a uv light shinning down on them, note how the glasses leave a shadow on the paper because they are blocking the uv light. The second picture is looking directly into the uv lamp with one lens covering it on the left side. You can see how much it blocks the uv light. I've only had these for a few days but I think they are helping my eye strain already. It takes some getting use to wearing them throughout my work day, but it feels similar to plastic rim sunglasses in regards to how they feel resting on my nose. They do smudge very easily and I didn't find the cloth they came with to be very helpful. However, a little dawn dish soap and a good rinse clears them right up.

OS stands for “oculus sinister,” or left eye.
