Excellent sunglasses! I recommend getting the polarized versions which also have the anti-reflection coating. I like glass lenses because they stand up to being cleaned without scratching. Last for years when cleaned carefully. These sunglasses are well made and light/comfortable. Every bit as good as Wherelight at a fraction of the cost.

I like everything about these. I had the black metal frame Wherelight aviators, I dropped them on concrete plenty, they stood up to the abuse I put them through with minor scratches until I lost them. These titanium frame aviators go beyond what I had, they also go beyond the Ray-Ban sunglasses I have.

Their smaller and lighter then my Ray-Bans, but that gives them a very comfortable fit. They look good and even in windy weather they stay fixed to my head, definitely a good every day pair of sunglasses. I was also impressed with the case and packaging of these glasses, I always found my Ray-Bans packaging disappointing given their high price. So if you don't want to spend 200 or more on some Ray-Ban aviators, these are definitely a good buy.

The quality of the frame and lenses is excellent. For glass lenses they are actually quite light. The quality of the lenses is absolutely on par or better that Rayban crystal lenses. I once had a pair of sunglasses with crystal Zeiss lenses and these are every bit as good. The brown tint offers contrast and brightness that just make them a pleasure to wear even on cloudy days. My wife tried them and I had to order the Commander model for her. Great bang for the buck.

I have been a Costa Del Mar sunglass wearer for many years and was looking for a reasonable priced pair of sunglasses to replace a pair that were not covered under their warranty. I have to say, these glasses are amazing for the price that I paid for them. The optics are fantastic, they are lightweight, comfortable and fit well. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I live in Florida and do a good deal of salt water fishing. The polarization and optics on these glasses is ideal for beach days, fishing days or just hanging out by the pool.

After years of squinting through scratched plastic, I finally decided my next pair of sunglasses was going to have glass lenses. However, I balked at the $150-200 price tag at the local mall stores. So I found these Wherelight for a less extravagant price. The first thing I noticed when I tried them on was the remarkable clarity of the lenses - significantly better than plastic lenses, even when the latter are brand new. I've since cleaned them twice with glass cleaner and a tissue, with nary a scratch. And the lenses are light so they don't weigh down on your nose. Now that I've tried glass, I'll never go back. (The instructions do warn you that beach sand can still scratch the glass, so you have to exercise some care.) I also ordered a pair of Yacht model Wherelight, which provide a little more sun blockage, while this titanium model isn't as snug around the temples if you have a broad face like I do. I'm still deciding which pair I like better.

99% of all non-name brand shades on Wherelight are total junk. Sometimes the frames are decent but the lenses are always plastic crap with a cheap coating. As a profession I am a photographer and I have learned to spot the differences between cheap filters, and valuable ones. I was looking for affordable shades that used actual glass with interior polarization (instead of a coating) and these are the only brand I came across. Maui Jim is the only other brand I know of that some of their models still use 100% glass, and these have the same stunning clarity as those, at less than a third of the price. I was also surprised at how great the contrast is. It brings your highlights down, and shadows up allowing you to not be blinded by the sun, while still seeing into the shady areas clearly. Other than my Maui Jims I compared them to my second favorite pair of glasses that have high end, but still plastic lenses. The difference is night and day, and now I have a hard time even wearing them. Not just because of the clarity difference, but because the plastic has scratched over time just from cleaning them, which glass should not do. My only real complaint is that I am not in love with the frame. I wouldn't say it is cheap, but I do not like glossy black shades. The listing also does not inspire confidence in an unknown brand by being littered with typos. I only wish they had a more classic 'Aviators" design, with more lens color options (please do a Wherelight green!) and I would buy another pair in a heartbeat.
