Q I have a question regarding my prescription that I sent to your order form after being asked to include it because there was no where to add the "PL" letters next to the OD part of the prescription that you are requesting on your form. I don't know if you will get my prescription correct looking at this!? ?I'm sure that you know better than I how to process these letters in place of usual numbers that you had available.
