I got the lenses that block blue light and I have less of a headache at my desk job but my remaining headache is stress related, the computer is just a small part. Any relief is good. I also like them for my night driving as the glare on the lights is significantly reduced. I got lasik years ago and my aging eye now needs a little push. My prescription is light so I didn’t get the super thin lenses but it still looks nice. I bought 3 more pairs of glasses from wherelight because I love these so much.
