Q: I have not received the email you said you sent me about confirming my RX. Please be more specific in how I have to send the RX you are asking me for. I do have my prescription signed by my doctor and that was what I used to order my glasses. And once again I have not received any email from you, I check my email, even the spam and I do not have it....I received a text message, however it doesn't say what and how I have to provide to you.
