Our representatives are unable to help with this situation, but UPS My Choice® for home(https://www.ups.com/us/en/services/tracking/mychoice.page) allows you to change the delivery to a new address or to a UPS Access Point.
Once logged in, click Tracking, Manage Home Deliveries, select the shipment, and click Change Delivery. Available options will display.
