Q: I received two pairs of glasses, one pair is scratched and the other the lenses are on the wrong side. I need to send back, please let me know what I need to do to send them back to get corrected.

A: Dear customer, for the scratched lenses, would you please take a photo of the glasses and attach it in the email so that we can check it for you first? And for the pair on which the lenses are on the wrong side, would you please tell us if you mean that both lenses are reversed?
