Q: Hello WhereLight Customer Support,
I hope you are doing well.
I recently ordered several pairs of glasses from WhereLight using a new eyeglass prescription I received in May. My order arrived, and I absolutely love the frames?they are by far my favorite frames I have ever purchased. (One pair wasn’t quite what I expected, but that isn’t the reason for my email.)
For the past two months, I have been trying to adjust to wearing my new glasses because I simply could not see through them. I assumed I just needed time to adapt, but my vision never improved. Today, I finally returned to my eye doctor because I knew something wasn’t right. A different doctor re-examined my eyes and discovered that my original prescription was completely incorrect.
Unfortunately, this means that all of the glasses I ordered were made using an inaccurate prescription. I was wondering if there is anything you might be able to do to help in this situation. I completely understand that the error was not on WhereLight’s part, and I am prepared to purchase replacement lenses or glasses if necessary. However, I wanted to reach out first to see if there are any options available.
I truly love your frames and would really like to continue wearing them with the correct prescription.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my message. I would sincerely appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide.
Kind regards,
Jerusha Wiggins
