Q: I want to order a pair of glasses. My pd is 55.5. The choices do not offer that. Is there any way I can get my pd entered?
A: Dear Darla Sutton, We are sorry for this, if you can not fill your PD value, we suggest you to choose other smaller frame. Because we can not process this frame with your PD. Every set of prescription lenses has an “optical center”, which should align with where you look through the lens. Pupillary distance is used to determine this and should be as accurate as possible. If you fill the incorrect PD , you will feel dizzy or fuzzy when you wear the glasses.

Q: Hi there, I ordered 4 pairs of new glasses in December and they arrived to me here in early January. I LOVE all the pairs, however, two of the pairs I am having a hard time seeing out of. I think my prescription is just a bit off and not centered on the lenses where i need it to be. Can I send these back to you to be adjusted possibly? I can mark the center of my cornia on the lenses with a dry erase marker or something? The other two pairs are perfect and I can see great out of them. Please advise on how I should proceed.
