Q: Hello, I dont think you understood my question to my original inquiry sent. Order# 20526290843590 never shipped because it never took on my payment. It wouldn't accept my payment so I closed it out thinking I can re-place the order again, however upon doing so, I no longer have access to the coupon and accessories that I used my points to redeem. Then coupon was set to expire on 6/4. I'd like to able able to add the coupon and accessories that I used my points to redeem so that I can place the order. Because we can not process this frame with your PD. Every set of prescription lenses has an “optical center”, which should align with where you look through the lens. Pupillary distance is used to determine this and should be as accurate as possible. If you fill the incorrect PD , you will feel dizzy or fuzzy when you wear the glasses.
