Q: Hello, The sunglasses I ordered are too strong. There was a mixup where my reading glasses turned up with my normal prescription and that was fixed thank you. However I think my sunglasses ended up with my reading prescription. I find it hard to walk whilst wearing them but at the time I received the order I was recovering from covid-19 so I thought I was still having problems with vertigo when I tested them. Being indoors all the time I couldnt test them for long. Can you help please?
