Q: Hi I did log into my account first and I did live chat chat after it didn’t work and they said to use Chrome browser instead of Safari. It’s still doing it even with Chrome and the website is also freezing up, showing up blank at times, and not doing anything when you try to click on live chat link and other links on the site. Q: Why can't I order? I went to place an order and I realized I wanted to change it so I canceled it. I was adding more glasses to my order... now I can't check out, the page just keeps refreshing. I can't use to BoGo offer nor am I getting free shipping on an $130 order. When I login on the desktop site, it shows nothing in my bag or of the items I placed on the wishlist while on my phone. It seems very odd I was allowed to pay until I canceled the order. It's like I'm locked out. Owell... on to another website I guess. I'm not waiting days for a response on why I can't order.
