Q: Hi. I just got a little pop up on your site that said “Sitewide Sale, Prescription Eyeglasses, Just $7.” It was a prompt to sign up, and through doing so, I’d receive this coupon. However, the coupon I was given (e.g., 7OFF) is only for $7 off a pair of glasses. So, I went back and generated y’all’s pop up again, just to make sure I didn’t misread or misunderstand the notification, and I absolutely did NOT. What’s up with this? Y’all just lied, explicitly, about providing me a specific discount in order to obtain my email! I’m going to give your company the benefit of the doubt and assume this is some kind of error that can be corrected; or, otherwise, I will be reporting WhereLight and this system of falsification (with proof) to the BBB. Shame on y’all :(
A: I am sorry that there was an error in our presentation. Thank you for pointing out this error for us. Here I recommend $4.95(Frame + 1.55 index lenses) for the first order for new customers, you can check this link https://www.wherelight.com/1/theme/promo-new-customer.php for the specific details of the campaign.
